Negotiated and drafted: patent, copyright, trademark and "know-how" licenses, purchase and sale agreements; product development, manufacturing, marketing, escrow, support and service agreements; employment and non-compete agreements; confidential and proprietary information and trade secret disclosure and use agreements; drafted customer software licenses and other customer agreements; and participated in the negotiation and drafting of agreements for joint ventures, alliances, business acquisitions and businesss divestitures.

Experienced in handling a full range of corporate intellectual property matters and business decision counseling, including patent, copyright and trademark clearance investigations, infringement studies and opinions, new product counseling, handling invention disclosures, including invention definition and valuation counseling, conducting prior art investigations and preparing patentability opinions.

Technical Experience:
Analyzed noise effects on a digital guidance system for a missile; modeled and tested a steering and stabilization system for a hydrofoil boat; prepared a design proposal for an airplane stabilization system; inventor of U.S. Patent 3,805,171 ("Frequency Detection Circuit" for a flowmeter.)
