Peter L. Michaelson
Mr.
Michaelson serves as an ADR neutral (e.g. arbitrator and mediator), for a
wide variety of well-known and widely-respected international and domestic
administering organizations (e.g., ICDR, AAA, CPR, WIPO, LCIA, ICC and
others), primarily handling high-risk, high-stakes disputes involving
intellectual property (particularly patents and across a wide variety of
technologies from pharmaceuticals to electronics), information technology,
telecommunications and energy. He also serves as a Court-appointed
expert in patent law. By virtue of his extensive expertise,
experience and knowledge in the electronics, computer and
telecommunications arts, he also acts in a representational capacity
handling patent matters for various clients generally involving those arts.
Mr. Michaelson earned a Master of Laws
(LLM) in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law and a
Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, as well as an M.S. in
Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics
both from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Peter
A. Luccarelli Jr.
Applies
eighteen-year, in-house Intellectual Property Attorney and Associate Chief
IP Counsel skills as “virtual” in-house lawyer for companies. This includes
IP-related asset identification and protection, asset management, due
diligence, licensing, risk management and related opinions, dispute
resolution as well as valuation advice to client transactional teams of
in-house counsel and management, their financial advisors and other outside
counsel. His emphasis in the past has been on electro-mechanical and
electrical arts worldwide patent prosecution and related risk management
opinions. Mr. Luccarelli earned his law degree from Fordham University
School of Law and his B.S. from Columbia University School of Engineering
& Applied Science.

George Wolken, Jr., Ph.D.
Having substantial expertise in the chemical and physical
arts, particularly involving semiconductor and device technology, Dr.
Wolken greatly complements and enhances our capabilities in those areas.

Capital University Law School.

L. Helms, Jr., Ph.D.
Dr.
Helms has earned a PhD in Chemistry from Princeton University and has broad
research and product development experience in materials science, chemistry
and semiconductor technology. As a registered patent agent, Dr. Helms has
prepared and prosecuted patent applications in his personal fields of
research as well as software, business methods, mechanical hardware and
others. Dr. Helms also advises early-stage companies in connection with
intellectual property development, protection and analysis.

John T. Peoples, Ph.D.
A communication technologies expert, Dr. Peoples formerly
served as a patent attorney and research scientist for two major Bell
entities. Earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from New York University
and J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.

Arthur L. Liberman
As a former Patent and Trademark Counsel and Assistant
Secretary for International Flavors & Frangrances, Inc. (IFF) and,
prior thereto, a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, Mr. Liberman joins us with
substantial experience in handling a wide range of intellectual property
matters along with extensive expertise in nearly all aspects of chemical
and biotechnology patent practice.
